John starred of into space. "Quite ironic.. I guess this means I gotta leave her along huh?" John started laughing histaricly as he walked away.
Alex starred at his older brother walk away. He slowly started limping towards Sarume. Zelguis walked beside Alex, with an almost worried expression in his blue husky eyes. He barked a little bit.

Sarume stared at the two cluelessly... rather, more clueless then normal. One minute they were fighting, and fighting viciously... and not the nut job with the sword was just going to walk away? Laughing to himself, she added; the man was clearly unstable. She allowed herself a single second to feel smug about being completely, utterly right before she redirected her attention to Alex.
He was in bad shape, and the fox girl frowned slightly as she hobbled towards him. Her ears set back at the sight of the dog (they were always SO proud of themselves), but since the animal in question was still focused on its master she didn't put energy into bothering it.
"You look awful, kid." she said bluntly, the slightest of concerns on her face. "Was that bimbo really your brother..?"

"Only one person has ever called me Xander. He refused to call me Alex.. so he called me Xander." Alex sighed. "I can't believe my brother is a demon killer.." He looked up at Sarume with a desperate gleam in his eyes. "What organization fights the NeoMafia? I must join them so I can fight my brother and show him how wrong he is to fight demons and the human demon hybrids."
Zelguis looked up at Sarume. "Please help my master. I know your a half breed so I know you can understand me.. yes? So please, help my master." Zelguis satdown beside his leader. He than looked at Sarume again "Oh, one more thing. The felines are the ones who are 'proud' not the canines."

Sarume stared at him for a long moment, her head tilted to the side curiously. It actually appeared that she was deeply considering the words he tossed her way. A mistake she immediately corrected.
"So that's an affirmative..?"
Of course it was, but Sarume just wouldn't have felt right about herself if she hadn't asked. Already sure of her answer she ran her eyes over his expression thoughtfully, silver brows lifting at his request. He was a fighter, sure; a good one. But was he really one to get wrapped up in street wars..? The fox girl wasn't sure. Nevertheless, she was never one to leave a question unanswered... especially when it had something to do with her beloved organization of choice.
Of course, she first had to pause to shoot the canine a dirty look, followed by the universal hand signal for watch your back. Feeling better about herself as a whole, she squared her shoulders with a wince and answered him.
"Well... there's the Macabre, but they'd really give you the Broderick if a fella like you went to them, bein' human an' all. But the real darb is the Order of Ragnarok... it's my joint! We're as hard boiled as it gets, you know..?"

John was laying on his broken and battered sofa as he was thinking aloud to himself. "I gotta make an android. These demon fights are getting tougher and tougher.. I'm starting to loose my edge."
He sat up with a start and began drawing on his table. With his knowledge of combat and weaponary he was getting a little carried away with his drawing though.

(Just the dog knowing what she was thinking... it doesn't bother me much, but you know how specifics are...)
"Take anything..?" Sarume looked at him like he had just grown another arm out of the top of his head. "'Course not! Why would we..?"
The question should have made any normal sentient being question further, but as Sarume was not she made do with casting suspicious glances at the shadows that surrounded her, eyes narrowed as she allowed him time to precess her answer.
"Hey... your brother's not going to pop outta anywhere, is he? And what did he mean by 'I gotta leave her alone' anyway..?"

Sarume was not one to be very... concerned with personal boundaries. If she had a question, she asked it; there was little mannerisms that made their way into her head beyond polite address. As it was the fox girl looked at him expectantly, her tail swishing slowly back and forth in thought.

Alex took a deep breath and than rose his eyes to meet hers, a smile drawn across his face. "Yeah I'm fine." He brushed himself off and turned away from Sarume. "So I'll.. see you around I guess. Come boy."
Zelguis turned tail and followed his pack leader.

"Hmm..." Sarume stayed after him for a long moment, then shrugged to herself. It was no buisness of hers, after all... sure, she was curious by nature, but she could sense an issue that was going nowhere before it began.
"Alright... thanks for everything. See you around, Mr. Renning!" she called after him cheekily, twirling in the opposite direction in a whirl of silver.
